Single / Intensive Hypnotherapy Session

£70 single / £200 intensive(3h)

My hypnotherapy sessions are practical, focused and grounded in solution-focused hypnotherapy. They combine straightforward conversation with guided relaxation to help your mind shift unhelpful patterns and move towards clearer, calmer thinking.

Sessions begin with talking things through — what’s been going on, what you want to change, and what’s already working. You’re then guided into a deeply relaxed but alert state, where your mind is more open to positive suggestions that support confidence, emotional regulation and change. You remain in control throughout; it’s not about losing awareness or being made to do anything.

Hypnotherapy can be helpful for anxiety, stress, low mood, overthinking, confidence issues, habits and feeling stuck. Many people leave feeling calmer, clearer and more grounded, often with a renewed sense of direction.

Session options:

50-minute session
A focused, structured session ideal for working on specific issues or ongoing support over time.

3-hour intensive session
A deeper, more immersive option for those who want to work intensively and create meaningful change in a shorter timeframe.
